We accept changes and returns

We will cover the cost of the first size change. We know that it is difficult to know the exact size when buying from a new brand.

In case of return, shipping will cost €4.95.

You can request a product return by logging into your CANICIO account ® and following these steps:

1. Go to the orders section.

2. Select the item you want to return.

3. Write the reason for the return and request it.
